Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company was notified on 2 June 2008 of the following share purchases on that date:

Harry Westropp, Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39.25 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Westropp's resultant holding is 52,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Peter Allen, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 39.25 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Allen's resultant holding is 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14% of the Company's issued share capital.
