Nanette is very pleased to announce that Midrog, the Moody's Investors Service Israeli affiliate, has reaffirmed the Company's rating at a level of A2.
This rating provides the Company with the ability to raise additional debentures on the Tel Aviv stock market of up to NIS 160 million (Euro 32 million).
The Board welcomes the strategic flexibility provided by this rating, giving the ability to raise further funds and is currently in discussion as regards to an issue of debentures on the Tel Aviv market.
