On 4 June 2008, the Company received notification from City Equities Ltd that following a disposal on 3 June 2008 it was now only interested in 690,933 ordinary shares of 6p each in the Company, representing 1.49 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company. 


Accordingly, City Equities Ltd no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
