2ergo announces that it was informed today that Aviva plc and its subsidiaries, following a purchase of shares, have a beneficial interest in 3,401,300 ordinary shares, representing 11.10% of the issued share capital of the Company. 3,294,376 (10.75%) of these shares are held directly and 106,924 (0.35%) are held indirectly.

   

The total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 30,633,838.
