Nigel Wray was a director of Ferristree Ltd from 30 June 1997 until dissolution of the 

company on 6 April 1999. This company has never traded.

Nigel Wray was a director of Degwell Properties Limited on incorporation on 9 March 1973 until dissolution of the company on 25 June 1981. Prior to its dissolution, Degwell Properties Limited had been subject of a receivership.

Nigel Wray was a director of Landfall Securities (Andover) Limited for 12 July 1971 until dissolution of the company on 1 May 1981. Prior to its dissolution, Landfall Securities (Andover) Limited had been subject of a receivership.                                         

Nigel Wray was a director of Nocktwice Limited from 14th October 1999 until dissolution of the Company on 8 August 2000. This company never traded.

Nigel Wray has notified the Company that on his appointment he is interested in 7,820,513 shares in the Company, representing approximately 15.27 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
