Exercise of options



Kalahari Minerals Plc ('Kalahari' or 'the Company') announces that 1,500,000 options have been exercised into new ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in Kalahari at a subscription price of 8p per share.


Application will be made for the 1,500,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.


The Company's Total Voting Capital following the admission of the new Ordinary Shares will be 163,559,130 Ordinary Shares.
