Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company was notified today that on 12 June 2008 Martin Kent, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 33 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Kent's resultant holding is 133,462 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
