Mr. Clark, Mr. Hohnel, and Mr. Walker notified the company on 12 June 2008. Mr. Zimmermann notified the company on 16 June 2008.

Mr. Clark previously held 10,000 shares. Mr. Hohnel, Mr. Walker and Mr. Zimmermann previously held no shares.

Notification of these transactions is now being made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1).
