Exercise of Warrants


Oriel Resources plc (AIM:ORI, TSX:ORL) announces that warrants (AIM:ORIW) over ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company were exercised on 16 June 2008.


Details of the warrants exercised are as follows:

Accordingly, application will be made for 9,111 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. The admission is expected to occur on or about 20 June 2008. Following the exercise of these warrants the total issued capital of the Company will be 641,670,324 ordinary shares.
