Exercise of Options

The Company announces today the issue of 25,000 new ordinary shares of 2p each pursuant to the exercise of employee share options, at an exercise price of 14.75p per share.

The shares issued rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares in issue.

Application has been made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and this is expected to take place on 1 July 2008.

Immediately following the issue of these shares, the Company will have 22,324,257 ordinary shares in issue.
