Alizyme plc (LSE: AZM), Cambridge, UK, 24 June 2008: At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all Resolutions 1 to 9 were duly passed. Details of proxy votes received in relation to these Resolutions can be viewed on Alizyme's web site at www.alizyme.com.
