Analyst/Investor visit

Kier Group plc ('Kier' or the 'Company') will today host a site visit for analysts and investors to the Company's project at the Supreme Court in Parliament Square. The Supreme Court is a £35m project for the Ministry of Justice in Parliament Square where the skills of Wallis, its specialist refurbishment contractor, have combined with those of Kier Property.

The site visit will include a presentation on Kier's Property businesses, including discussion of the recent joint venture with Network Rail (announced on 2 April 2008) as well as discussion on opportunities and partnerships with local authorities through its Support Services businesses. There will also be an opportunity to meet other members of Kier's senior management team.

A trading update was provided in the Company's Interim Management Statement which was released on 16 May and no further comments on current trading will be made during today's analyst and investor site visit.
