Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons 

The Company was notified on the 25 June 2008 of the following purchases on that date:

Graham McBeth, an executive director of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 30.25 pence per share. 

Following this transaction, Mr McBeth's resultant holding is 61,861 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company. 

Bob Lambourne, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 30.5 pence per share. 

Following this transaction, Mr Lambourne's resultant holding is 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
