Directors Shareholding

The Company announces that on 13 June 2008, Jeremy Lascelles, a director of the Company, exercised his award over 24,256 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company in accordance with the rules of the Company's Restricted Share Scheme. Halifax EES Trustees International Limited, the Trustees of the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan authorised the transfer out of 13,623 Chrysalis shares in to the name of Jeremy Lascelles. As a result, Mr Lascelles now beneficially holds 13,623 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company which is 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital. 

In addition, the Company announces that on 24 June 2008, Chris Wright, Chairman of the Company, exercised his award over 75,421 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company in accordance with the rules of the Company's Restricted Share Scheme. Halifax EES Trustees International Limited, the Trustees of the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan authorised the transfer out of 75,421 Chrysalis shares in to the name of Christopher Wright. 

In addition, the Company announces that on 26 June 2008, Chris Wright, Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 additional ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company.
