Annual Report and Accounts

The Board of Greatfleet announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 were posted to its shareholders on 27 June 2008. The Company has also posted to its shareholders a notice of annual general meeting, to be held at the offices of Noble & Company Limited at120 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR on 4 August 2008 at 10 a.m.

Copies of the accounts will be available from the registered office of the Company and the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, Noble & Company Limited, 5th floor, 120 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR.

The report and accounts and notice of annual general meeting are also available at the Company's website: www.greatfleet.co.uk  in accordance with rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
