Abbeycrest plc - Total Voting Rights and Capital

The Board of Abbeycrest plc would like to notify the market of the following information:

Abbeycrest plc's share capital as at 30 June 2008 comprises 29,217,691 ordinary shares of 10p each. 594,050 of these shares are held in trust for use under employee benefit schemes. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Abbeycrest plc is 28,623,641. 

The above figure of 28,623,641 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Abbeycrest plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
