Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Northern Recruitment Group PLC notifies the market of the following:

Northern Recruitment Group PLC's capital consists of 17,506,080 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5p each in the Company with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). Northern Recruitment Group PLC holds 1,673,925 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The figure of 15,832,155 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Northern Recruitment Group PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
