ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE

Alizyme plc (LSE: AZM), Cambridge, UK, 1 July 2008: Alizyme Annual Information Update for the period from 1 July 2007 until 30 June 2008.

Alizyme plc ("Alizyme" or the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the requirements of Prospectus Rule 5.2 issued by the Financial Services Authority, and following publication of the Annual Report on 22 April 2008, the following information has been published or made available to the public during the period from 1 July 2007 until 30 June 2008, in compliance with laws and rules dealing with the regulation of securities, issuers of securities and securities markets.
