Nanette Real Estate Group N.V. today announces that a manager of an affiliate of the Company had exercised her share options for 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Following the exercise of these share options, the Company now has 171,799,427 shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote, and 650,000 shares held in treasury. It is expected that the 200,000 shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on July 7 2008.
