Exercise of Executive Share Options
Stagecoach Group plc ("the Company") has been notified today, 30 June 2008, of the following transactions in the securities of the Company by a person discharging managerial responsibility. The transactions have been notified in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
The undermentioned employee exercised Executive Share Options over Ordinary Shares of 56/57th pence each in the Company.
