Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 and further to the Company's announcement made on 2nd June 2008 the Company's issued share capital as at close of business on 30th June 2008 consists of 914,107,710 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each and all of these have voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
