PROPOSED NEW ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

The Company further announces that, in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.1.2, a copy of the proposed new Articles of Association has also been lodged with the UK Listing Authority for publication through the Document Viewing Facility. The principal changes introduced in the new Articles are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
