Inchcape plc ("the Company")




Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 615,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.


It is expected that the application will be heard on 4 July 2008 and admission will be effective on 7 July 2008.


These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued pursuant to the following plan/scheme:
