DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The Company has received a notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited advising that AXA S.A. of 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris and its group of companies now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 2 July 2008, 149,151,708 voting rights in the Company (representing 17.00% of the voting rights in the Company, of which 1.98% is direct and 15.02% indirect).  

The threshold that was crossed as a result of the transaction was 15% in respect of the indirect holding (the previous notification being a total holding of 16.20%, of which 1.91% was direct and 14.29% indirect).

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was received on

3 July 2008.
