Notice of Interim Results


The Board of Directors of the Company confirms it will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2008 on Thursday, 25 September 2008.


Change of Nominated Adviser


In addition, following the appointment of JPMorgan Cazenove as broker to the Company in 2007, the board has, after due consideration, decided to combine the roles of nominated adviser ("NOMAD") and broker into one provider.


Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, the company notifies that, by mutual agreement, KPMG Corporate Finance has resigned as the company's NOMAD and JPMorgan Cazenove has agreed to take on the role with immediate effect.


The board is grateful to KPMG Corporate Finance for their advice and guidance since their appointment in 2004.
