Appointment of new CEO
Newfound N.V. is pleased to announce the appointment of Jayne McGivern as CEO with immediate effect.
Jayne McGivern, who is 47, joins the Company as Chief Executive Officer to lead a new management team. Jayne was previously Chief Executive of Multiplex UK. Prior to joining Multiplex, she was Managing Director of Anschutz Entertainment Group in the UK, Redrow Commercial Limited and Group Development Director of MWB Group plc. Jayne has extensive experience in delivering large development schemes in several market sectors.
Jeremy White will stand down as interim Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect, but he will remain Chairman for a limited handover period pending the appointment of a successor.
Jeremy White, Chairman, said:
