The Company was notified on 3 July 2008 by Lehman Brothers International (Europe) that following the purchase of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 1 July 2008, it has an interest in 10,113,569 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 4.99 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
