HOLDING IN COMPANY

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company received notification on 2 July 2008, from Selcouth Limited that on 16 June 2008 it had sold 3,065,000 ordinary shares in the company.  Following this transaction, Selcouth Limited holds 2,868,333 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.59 per cent. of the issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 51,336,666 ordinary shares of 0.125p each.
