High Court Proceedings

Further to the announcement made on 23rd May, at a hearing in London yesterday the trial of the claim by ACP Capital and ACP Mezzanine to flex the margin on a part of IFR Capital's debt was adjourned until August. IFR Capital's counterclaim for an account of profits and /or other compensation for breach of fiduciary duties it claims were owed to it by ACP Capital was stayed to be heard by the courts of Jersey.
