Transaction in BDH shares



Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 4 July 2008 it has purchased 5,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of € 4.70 per share for a total consideration of € 25,850.

As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 766,030 ordinary shares in treasury. 

The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,837,786 (excluding shares held in treasury).
