Directors' Dealings

The Board of Abbeycrest announces that today, 9 July 2008, Michael Lever, Chairman of Abbeycrest plc, bought 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 11p per Ordinary Share.  

Following this transaction, Mr Lever has a beneficial interest in 5,458,900 Ordinary Shares, which represents 19.07% of the Company's total voting rights of 28,623,641 Ordinary Shares.
