Director's shareholding

i-design announces that it has been notified that on 14 July 2008, Jim Faulds, non-executive Chairman of the Company, bought 333,333 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, ("Ordinary Shares") at 30 pence per share. Following this purchase, Jim Faulds has an interest in 1,102,840 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.82 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
