Transaction in BDH shares



Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 18 July 2008 it has purchased 12,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of € 3.35 per share for a total consideration of € 41,875.

As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 1,000,878 ordinary shares in treasury. 

The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,602,938 (excluding shares held in treasury).
