Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 28 July 2008 it has purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of € 3.30 per share for a total consideration of € 3,300.
As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 1,005,828 ordinary shares in treasury.
