At Yell Group plc's Annual General Meeting held on Friday, 25 July 2008, all the resolutions were duly passed.  

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2 of the Listing Rules, two copies of the resolutions passed at the meeting (other than resolutions concerning ordinary business) have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.
