Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive, Hargreaves Services plc notifies the market of the following:

Hargreaves Services plc's capital consists of 26,273,773 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each, with voting rights. Hargreaves Services plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Hargreaves Services plc is 26,273,773.

The figure of 26,273,773 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hargreaves Services plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
