Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 29 July 2008 it has purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of € 3.30 per share for a total consideration of € 3,300.
As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 1,006,828 ordinary shares in treasury.
The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 74,596,988 (excluding shares held in treasury).
