Nanette Real Estate Group N.V. ("Nanette" or the "Group") is very pleased to announce that following the announcements dated April 27th and June 23rd ,2008, the conditions, set out in the agreement between the Company and AI Property Holdings (Hungary) LP dated June 6th 2008, for the sale of half of the Company's holdings in Taltoring Ingatlanforgalmazo Kft., were fulfilled.
Following the fulfilment of the conditions, the parties completed the transaction on July 29th 2008.
