Kofax plc: Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

Basingstoke, 31 July 2008 - The total number of ordinary shares of 2.5p of Kofax plc ("the Company") in issue as at the date of this notice is 89,930,221. 

There are 2,145,374 ordinary shares held in treasury, and therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 87,784,847.

The above figure of 87,784,847 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
