Total Voting Rights 

Further to the announcement of 23 July 2008, the total number of ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in issue as at the date of this notice is 3,493,600. 

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. 

The above figure of 3,493,600 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
