Resignation of Non-Executive Director
T. Clarke plc (the "Company") announces that, as planned, Len Arnold is today standing down from the Board. The Company announced on 28 March 2008 that, having served a term of 10 years as an independent non-executive director, Len Arnold intended to resign with effect from 31 July 2008.
Pat Stanborough, Chief Executive of the Company, said: "The Board would like to thank Len for the valuable contribution he has made to T. Clarke over many years and to wish him well for the future."
