In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following: 

Land of Leather Holdings plc's capital consists of 34,936,097 Ordinary Shares of 10p each with voting rights. 

The above figure 34,936,097 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Land of Leather Holdings plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
