Director/PDMR Shareholding

Further to the Company's announcement on 3rd April 2008, the Company received notification from David Goldie, an executive director of the Company, that with effect from 29 July 2008, 795,460 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each held by the David Goldie 2008 Trust (the "Trust") of which Mr Goldie and his wife Deborah Goldie, were the only beneficiaries are now held under the terms of the Trust for Mr Goldie absolutely. 

Mr Goldie continues to hold an interest in 823,495 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
