In line with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Playtech announces that as at today's date, the Company's total issued share capital is 238,279,469.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 238,279,469 ordinary shares of no par value, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.  

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 238,279,469.

The above figure of 238,279,469 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules or the Company's articles of association.
