2ergo announces that it was informed on 4 August 2008 that Aviva plc and its subsidiaries, following a purchase of shares, have a beneficial interest in 3,751,300 ordinary shares, representing 12.25% of the issued share capital of the Company. 3,644,376 (11.90%) of these shares are held directly and 106,924 (0.35%) are held indirectly.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 30,633,838.
