Timing of Amalgamated Racing Limited Judgement

The Company has been .informed that a judgement in the legal case involving Amalgamated Racing Limited (AMRAC), the Company's joint venture with Racecourse Media Services Limited, will be handed down by Mr. Justice Morgan at 10.00 a.m. on Friday 8th August 2008. A further announcement will be made by the Company once the judgement has been handed down.
