On 5th August 2008, the Company was notified that as at close of business on the 4th August 2008, Deutsche Bank AG had an interest with direct voting rights in 21,355,213 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 4.83% of the total issued share capital of the Company as well indirect voting rights in 2,799,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.63% of the total issued share capital of the Company, resulting in an interest with total voting rights in 24,154,213 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 5.46% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
