Disclosure of Interest in Shares

The Board of Abbeycrest announces that on 6 August 2008, the Company was notified by Peter Gyllenhammar, the 100% shareholder in Förvaltnings AB Bronsstädet and Union Discount Company of London Ltd, that on 6 August 2008, Förvaltnings AB Bronsstädet acquired 181,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). 

As a result of this transaction, Förvaltnings AB Bronsstädet now holds 2,246,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.85% of the Company's total voting rights and Union Discount Company of London Ltd holds 2,510,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.77% of the Company's total voting rights. 

Peter Gyllenhammar now effectively holds 4,756,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 16.62% of the Company's total voting rights of 28,623,641.
