The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Pierre Christophe Murray, aged 40, as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Co-Founder of TransCash Inc. and President of Eurosky Entertainment Inc., Jean-Pierre has strong experience in entrepreneurial ventures. He founded Surf Channel Inc. in 1998 and between 1990 and 1992 he worked in the securities and trading branch of O.B.C bank in Paris, France.

Mr Murray is or has been a director of the following companies and organisations during the past five years:
