Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 14 August 2008 that following a transaction on 6 August 2008 Citigroup Global Markets UK Equity Limited has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 27,281,431 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 4.16% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
